Vytrox Expense may handle information you provide directly and limited technical data
required to operate the app.

Account data such as email address and account verification status when you use
account mode.

App data such as expenses, monthly budgets, bill reminders, settings, and related
timestamps.

Security data such as PIN hash records, device trust state, and encrypted budget
material when available.

Service data such as subscription access status, technical verification identifiers,
diagnostics, and app interaction events.

Purchase and subscription data such as Google Play order identifiers, subscription
status, and expiry dates. We do not collect payment card details.
2. How We Use Data

To authenticate your account and keep your information available on your devices.

To store, sync, restore, and protect expenses, reminders, settings, and security
records.

To measure stability, diagnose crashes, improve performance, and understand feature
usage.

To provide in-app currency conversion information and support app features based on
your usage state.

To verify subscriptions and enable Premium access through Google Play.
3. Storage and Sync
Guest mode keeps working data on this device.
Verified account mode may sync eligible data with your cloud account to help keep
your information available across devices.
Some data is cached locally to improve performance, reliability, and offline
continuity.
We apply reasonable technical safeguards such as authenticated access, production
HTTPS, and platform security controls, but no method is 100% secure.
4. Service Providers
Vytrox Expense uses trusted external services only when needed to operate the app.

To support account access, data sync, and app security when these features are
enabled.

To improve reliability, diagnostics, and overall app stability.

To provide in-app currency conversion information when needed.

Google Play Billing to process subscriptions and manage purchases.
We do not sell personal data and do not share expense records with advertisers.
5. Retention and Deletion
Local data remains on your device until you edit or delete it, clear app data, or
uninstall the app.
If you request account deletion, the request is scheduled with a 7-day grace period
and can be canceled before permanent deletion begins.
When deletion is completed, account records, synced user data, and related
subscription-access records tied to your account are removed from active systems.
Limited operational backups, logs, or audit traces may remain temporarily until
normal retention periods expire or they are overwritten.
6. Your Controls
- Review and edit your data inside the app.
- Delete individual entries and reminders from the app.
- Sign out of your account at any time.

Request account deletion from Settings or from the public deletion page.

Manage or cancel your subscription from Google Play.
