Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion from inside the app or by using this secure web flow.

In-App Method (Recommended)

Open Vytrox Expense app, go to Settings, then choose Delete Account. Your request is scheduled and can be canceled during the grace period.

Grace Period Before Deletion

Account deletion requests are scheduled with a 7-day grace period before permanent deletion begins.

During that period, you can cancel the request from the Settings page if you still have access to the account.

What Is Deleted

  • Your sign-in account record and active account access.
  • Synced expenses, budgets, reminders, settings, and security records stored for your account.
  • Related subscription-access records and backend records tied to your account.
  • Local data already stored on devices you control may remain until you clear app data or uninstall the app.

What May Remain Temporarily

Limited operational backups, logs, audit traces, or deletion-request records may remain temporarily after deletion while normal retention cycles complete.

These temporary records are not kept as active account data and are removed or overwritten according to routine operational processes.

Web Request Form

Submit your account email, then confirm from the email link to schedule deletion or cancel a scheduled request.
